Returns

We only accept returns under the following condition:

• The item arrives damaged or broken in the package.

• You must provide clear photo or video proof of the damaged item and the packaging.

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

3. If approved, we will provide return instructions and process your refund or replacement.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong product ordered, or general dissatisfaction if the item is not damaged.

Shipping Costs

• We cover return shipping costs only if the item was damaged or broken upon arrival.
